People voting will not able to see any photos of the candidates in the ballot paper. Each electoral ballot paper only will have the electoral number and the candidate's names of that electorate will appear to identify and vote.
The Electoral divisions are: North West London; North East London; South East London; South West London; and Outside of London.
Each voter from the respective Electoral Division has same number of voting rights as number of members elected from that corresponding division. For example, a voter from North West London has five votes whereas South East London has three votes.
The numbers of Assembly members to be elected from each Electoral Divisions are as follows:
[NW] North West London - five members
[NE] North East London - five members
[SE] South East London - two members
[SW] South West London - five members
Outside of London - three members
The above allocation of seats to the Assembly membership has been determined by the Electoral Commission to reflect the demography of the Eelam Tamil population in the U.K.
